I had a nail in my trailer tire. I stopped in unannounced and they were able to pull it and plug it and had me back on the road in a matter of minutes. Great service!!!

I have been using this service Business, mainly for tires, for 19 years. Dave runs a good business. Very pleased and welcome to the new lad , Kyle, Sevice Advisor. I pay a small premium for quality and service here.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. Went for a safety inspection (didn't realize my regular mechanic offered it, and made the mistake of not reading reviews on Google). When I got there, their shop smelled like cigarette smoke. I really needed this inspection done so I chose to ignore this. One of the employees - named Dave - was rude to me while taking my information before the appointment (the other employee, Vince, was kind). When the inspection was done, they gave me a quote for $2900 worth of things to fix in order to get the safety certificate, and said it would take a couple of days to repair ($1150 labour, $1350 service, the rest for tax). I was baffled since my car had JUST been serviced by my regular mechanic within the last month. I called my mechanic, read out the long list of fixes DM had given me, and learned that most of the issues on the list were not even related to safety at all, and that for the other items I would be charged a cheaper amount with my regular mechanic. They also told me that a couple of the issues brought up by DM had already been addressed and resolved within the last 6 months and did not need to be done again in order to be valid for the safety. When I called DM to ask for a refund for the safety certificate number (I wasn't going to ask to refund the labour), they told me this isn't possible because it's my choice as to whether I get the certificate from them in the end or not. My car, by the way, smelled like cigarette smoke when I got into it after they brought it back to me - thankfully this went away with driving with windows open for a few minutes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place - get your safety done elsewhere, and definitely check if your regular mechanic does it. If you do choose to go with DM despite this, ask them to take pictures of the issues they tell you are there, and be present when the pictures are taken so that you can be sure they don't sabotage your vehicle for the purpose of the picture. Better yet, ask your mechanic for recommendations of where to go to get a safety inspection done. Don't spent $130 just to learn a lesson like I did.

Came here to do an oil change, pretty good they have equipment that lifts your vehicle. The young filipino guy helped me and he was very helpful and knowledgeable in cars. I ordered service only oil change and the charge was half an hour labor ($60) which is a bit more than normal oil change places.

Had my oil changed here recently! The job was done quickly by their very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Thanks DM 🙂

DM knows their stuff. They diagnosed the problem with my Nissan Murano, gave me a reasonable estimate; fixed the issue the same day AND lent me a car so I can get on with my day. I highly recommend DM - great service from Kyle!

DM is probably one of the best mechanics in town. Generally great people all around. I’ve been here quite a few times and they’ve always gone above and beyond. My dad recommended their service a while ago and I’m glad he did. They even explained over the phone to me how to look and identify good tires and ones that are old. I have a good understanding of cars, but over time they have taught me things I didn’t know before. One thing I like that they do is sending me and email about once a month on recommended service to have done on my car that they noticed on a previous fix. Really helps as I’m usually aware of the problems, but too busy to keep track myself. Great experience and I definitely recommend.

Great service. Honest and upfront with pricing and time of repairs. Quick turn around time and they even provided a loaner vehicle so I could get to work. Definitely recommend!

DM is the absolute best when it comes to repairs. When I think of a service shop that is punctual with deadlines, honest and has integrity DM is always my first go to. My jeep was overheating and had a tire off the rim. They received and fixed the vehicle within the same day with no notice. I have been bringing my car for service for over 4 years now. Nick is one of the best mechanics in the region of Kitchener Waterloo. He has an amazing attention for detail and always makes sure your vehicle is well maintained and properly repaired. I have been to shops in the past that "Jimmy Rigg" repairs and DM was the saving grace in making sure everything was done right the first time. If you have had a bad experience in the past with another shop give DM a visit. Dave will make sure you are well taken care of and you can take comfort in knowing they will fix it right for you.

I had brought my Jeep to another shop in Kitchener who had fixed my car very poorly. After sending it to DM within an hour I received a call back from Nick. He had informed me of all the shops wrong doings and bad repair jobs and gave me a price over the phone which I must admit was far better price than I was expecting. He promptly fixed the car over the next day and a half and I have to say WOW. This vehicle drives completely different and way more smooth of a ride than it was before. When I picked it up had a great conversation with Dave, you can tell he really cares about customer service which I can admire. Not many shops around that you can trust now a days. DM has a lot of integrity and honesty when it comes to repairs I would highly recommend them for any of your vehicle repair needs.
