I recently bought a vehicle which had been serviced frequently at this location. When I initially test drove the vehicle I decided to pop in there to see what if anything they could tell me about the service history, etc. Kyle was very friendly and was more that happy to discuss the vehicle and things that recently had been serviced on the car. I was pleased to have this information as a buyer. I ended up buying this car and had the safety inspection there. While I’m from Cambridge and not likely to use this location due to the distance from where I reside, I would certainly not hesitate to go there if I lived closer. They definitely seem honest and given the great condition of this car, they obviously kept it running and maintained well.

I was having some electrical issues with my air suspension for some time and had it into a couple shops none of which were able to fix the problem let alone finding the root cause of the problem. After a detailed diagnosis was completed I was contacted and the diagnostic results were discussed as was the plan to resolve. It was at this point I was confident that I had found the right guys. With only a minor hiccup due to circumstances beyond their control, I was pleasantly surprised to receive the ” Come and get her, she is now fixed and ready to go”. I arrived to pay the bill and was truly impressed when Dave took the time to review and discuss the invoice and repair with me in detail. I had prepared myself to pay a much higher invoice balance, can’t thank these guys enough for everything. I will not hesitate to refer any of my family and/or friends to head over with any mechanical issues. Thanks again Nick, Kyle, Dave and anyone else who contributed in this repair .

Finding a local place to get a motorhome serviced is hard enough, finding one that charges a fair price and is honest is even harder. I have found my “Guy” and plan on making them my go-to for all my motorhome maintenance needs.

Having had service done on our large class A MH in the past, our new to us Campervan had an air leak in the airbag system. When I called KW Spring who specialize in air suspensions , they highly recommended DM for the job which was great to hear.
One day in pick up the next day.

I brought my car in for an oil change and an issue with one of my tires losing air. They found the issue right away and fixed it. Professional service and great prices, as always.

My exhaust system started to rattle while visiting Waterloo. I needed to have it looked at since I was about to head back home over 1.5 hours away. They determined that the pipe could be reconnected with a sleeve and were able to repair it while I waited. They are a very friendly well organized repair facility. I highly recommend them.

My Subaru had a small mishap on the ice that completely messed up a steel tire rim, making the car unsafe to drive. DM Service was around the corner, and I arranged for a tow to send my car there after speaking with them. Communication was excellent; they ordered a new tire rim over the phone, which arrived on the exact same day. They replaced the rim, inspected for any other damage, kept me very well-informed, and all was good! I never imagined that I’d be driving my car again on the exact same day of the accident. The cost was very reasonable, and the staff was extremely friendly. Thank you so much! Would very highly recommend.

Dave and Kyle went above and beyond my expectations. From taking my inquiry over the phone for a car that I ended up buying. Due to the fact I was coming over 250KMs, they accommodated a deposit over the phone and held the car over a week until I was able to come down to take a test drive and purchase the car in the end. Transparency was evident throughout the entire transaction; answering all questions I had about the history of the vehicle. I’d consider an other purchase with them in a heart beat! DM did an amazing job working on my car. I was scoot be out of town and they offered me a loaner which was great.
They kept me updated the whole time and asked if I wanted some additional needed work be done while they had the engine apart. I had planned to do the work anyway so the timing was perfect. The car is running great and I am very happy with the experience. I would recommend them to anyone needing their vehicle repaired. Great to work with.

I had a minor emergency with my camper van. A week before my scheduled trip I took my van to a “quick lube” place for an oil change. They could not get the plug out of the oil pan. I turned to DM for help and they were able to get my van in, source an oil pan just in case and get me back on the road, with just an oil change. Excellent service, very detailed information and reasonably priced. They were great!

I’ve been dealing with D&M for 20 plus years. I trust them to get the job done right . They have never told me it needs this or that . They replace what needs to be replaced . They may cost more than Canadian Tire. But my experience with Canadian Tire is that honestly they are ripe off artists. They love to do full remove and replace whether you need it or not . D&M are honest and only replace what’s needed and advise what to look for down the road . Honest bunch of Guys and mechanics.

Since DM Service opened in the late 80’s, they have serviced all of our vehicles (i.e.: gas, diesel, hybrid, automatic, standard, domestic, import, FWD, RWD, AWD).

We can always count on DM Service to get it done right PLUS they provide No Charge Loaner Vehicle meaning we’re not without a car like we would be with a shuttle service.

I would recommend DM Service to anyone needing their car or truck serviced… just don’t forget to replace the gas you used in the loaner so the next person doesn’t start with an empty tank.

My Car is a 2016 C300 Benz I had a tire issue early afternoon.
Stopped in to get it checked out at DM Service, My tires were obviously worn out and one was almost flat.
They made up a quote for me and I gave the OK.
The next morning They called and told me tires were delivered.
I booked a time for the next day the called and told me car was ready a few hours latter pick it up and all is good !
The service was great and quality tires on my car.
I will go there again.

I will never trust anyone else to take care of my vehicles! Super friendly and don’t rip you off. I found them by fluke as one of my car’s died right infront of their shop.. so glad it did! They gladly let me keep the car there a few days and then offered to help me figure out whether or not it was worth fixing! I was down in my luck back then, and they made a crappy situation easier to deal with! They have always taken great care of my vehicles and do great work! You won’t be disappointed if you pick DM service as your mechanic!

Lost our old mechanic when he closed his buisness thanks to covid… so decided to give these guys a try. Took in my wife’s van for a water pump, thermostat and oil change. Couldn’t be happier with the service! On quote and on time! Excellent communication while it was in the shop. It is truly hard to find good service like this anymore! I’ve found my new mechanic! (Sorry Kyle, Dave and crew, looks like your stuck with me now)

I bring my vehicles to DM for regular maintenance and major repairs and have always had a good experience. Recently the navigation system on my Pathfinder died. I was quoted $4000 for the part alone by Nissan. Kyle found me a used one for a fraction of that. The unit was replaced in just over an hour and I saved over $3000 in the end. Will definitely continue to bring my vehicles to them.

We recently had a propane tank replaced in our RV and we have always been very happy with the service we get from DM Service Centre. They even rushed a job to get out RV back to us as soon as possible. Good as new!

Twice now I have had to call DM to fix my tires. Both times they were super accommodating. They got me in when it was convenient for me and did an amazing job! Both Dave and Vince are awesome guys, I highly recommend DM Service Centre!!!

The team at DM Service always goes above and beyond. My car wouldn’t crank and they had a tow truck at my door within 90 minutes and had me in the shop within hours. They solved the problem but decided to test my battery to make sure it was OK and found it faulty so they put a new one in. Quick, efficient service for your car or RV. The only place I go.

After speaking to Dave and Vince, I brought my RV to their shop. I had many electrical problems, caused by a after market engine immobilizer. My wife and I bought the R V from a so called reputable dealer only to have this problem come to light with aprox 600km since we picked up the unit.
Nick the mechanic was polite and understanding, he was very knowledgeable and a excellent mechanic. Nick also cleaned up our wirering and everything works as it should.

I’m a repeat customer.
I ask friends last year, who to take my cars to? They said DM Services, as they take their automobiles there.
I was in, with the “winter car” this week, I felt the brakes aren’t sounding too kosher, drove it for less than a week, figured it’s not getting better, so I reached out to Dave and Vince. Dave contacted me, I took it in on Monday, Oct 19th, 2020.
I received a detailed quote, called Vince back and by Wednesday it was ready! Took it back in on Oct 22nd, 2020 for a check on tightening the wheels as recommended.
Their service is impeccable, they listen to me which is or has been a rare thing to find when you are a woman. They are professionals with an aptitude for customer care; they are my only choice for their expertise and honest service, very happy I have found this gem in Waterloo.

Original estimate was too big. No errors, just too much. I removed a major item to cut the costs. When Vince called saying the job was done, there were additional savings. The savings were as large as the original item removed. I was able to approve work on the original item without breaking budget.

During payment there were hiccups in my ability to pay. I had to pay across multiple financial vehicles. A $100 error was made (in my disfavour) while splitting up the payments. I questioned it, but was assured there where no problems. Later, when doing the accounting, Vince found he had an $100, and found that I had been correct. He immediately contacted me, and restored my money.

Had an exhaust problem that was quickly diagnosed and fixed (just a tiny bit later than expected) the next day – they made sure to make sure it was drivable when I dropped it off the second day, now car runs with mileage akin to when it was new. My only (silly) concern is their loaner cars are too small for my long legs. :p

I found this service to be highly professional and responsive. They took the time to show me under my vehicle the work required. Following that they provided a detailed quote of work to be done and scheduled time which they honored. I will definitely use their service in future if needed.

I just went to DM Service Center for the first time with my motorhome. They were recommended to me by a friend of mine and they did not disappoint. They were able to prioritize my needs and get me back on the road safely. I appreciated the support and will definitely be back.

DM Service Centre is a full service automotive repair shop that cares about the customer not just the money they will spend. They’ve taken care of my vehicles for decades and I’ve always been fully satisfied. They’ll tell you if you need something done immediately or if it can wait. They also have courtesy cars available if a repair is going to take a while.

Time and time again I’ve been burned by other mechanics and garages that are okay with sloppy, unprofessional work. DM auto is different. I had a few problems accumulate on my car that I just couldn’t keep up with on my own and I finally had enough and decided to do a full front end inspection on my car and got new tires at DM. With the inspection a lot of problems came up that had to be fix, which I was expecting. I gave the go ahead to the guys at DM to fix what they have found. All in all it took a few days to do the massive amount of work that had to be done which was amazing because when looking into getting the work done at Canadian Tire they wanted almost double the price and time to do it. My repair in total costed $3,091 which from experience I knew was an amazing deal. They found great front tires at a price of $284 when Canadian Tire was trying to charge the same amount for $498. Great experience with them and very fast and straight to the point. Will only bring my car here from now on. 🙂

My husband and I take our vehicles here for whatever is needed to be done. We have always got amazing service. They also go out of there way to make sure that if there is anything wrong that needs to be taken care they give us a call while our vehicle is still in the shop. Also if needed we are even provided a loner vehicle. Also cost is reasonable too. Great People, Service, and a smile to start your day.

once again i was in need of repair 2 days before driving 3000 miles and between Dave and Vince was able to get in right away got me repaired with the quote i received and also received a car to carry on with my final to do list

Tried these guys out for the first time and they got me in the very next day after I called and did an excellent job fixing my muffler. Vince was great. Didn’t cost an arm and a leg, they showed me the work they did and were super professional but more importantly, super friendly throughout the whole experience. Good spot. Good guys. Good work.

Was in Wednesday to have the winter tire changeover done.
Friendly, prompt, reliable service as usual from Dave, Vince and their staff. They hooked me up last year with an excellent set of Toyo Observe tires and winter rims.
If you need winter tires or just need to have your current ones installed drop in to see the guys. They will look after you. And they will be happy to discuss any service needs you might have.

I contacted DM Service Centre when a blizzard hit and I still didn’t have snow tires on my car. They responded immediately with a service appointment available the next day. The whole process was quick, hassle-free and very professional. I will happily use them again in the future.

Dm services are great. They are proactive to inform of needed repair and what you can wait on. They are always great to get your car in as soon as possible and provide loaner cars as well. I would recommend them to all.

I have recently bought a used Buick in ‘as is’ condition. To complete the safety the Buick required some exhaust service. I called Vince first thing in the morning, approximately 8am. Vince had my car in at 11. Steve welded on a replacement hangar as required. New resonator installed as required. Excellent workmanship. Steve showed me the undercarriage and advised me on a fuel line replacement within a year ( some corrosion). Also was told a new belt and gaskets within 10k km. Excellent price and service. I was on the road by 4:30!

I had previously brought my 2012 Malibu into a GM dealership with the exact same issue. My engine would stall intermittently when at a stop or in a parking lot. Steve went above and beyond resolving the issue and explained everything for me he was working on. Steve is also very enthusiastic & committed to providing a safe and reliable vehicle thanks to his years of dedicated service. I would recommend DM and the amazing people to anyone looking for a dependable and fun garage.

Took my car in for a safety after purchasing it. I was treated with respect which as a women is a big thing. I was talked to as an equal and they went over all the options and outcome.

I noticed a crack in my wind shield Saturday morning and it needed immediate repair. A friend of mine recommended Dm Service Centre. When the job is done, it is fixed correctly (I am a retired mechanic, I do look at the repair ).
