These guys are awesome. I’ve been all over Kw area looking for decent mechanics. Found these guys through a friend and I’m sticking with them. Service prices are great. Customer service is great. They take the time to explain the issue and supply you with a very detailed quote before they begin. They will definitely be getting all my future business. I highly recommend.

DM Service Center, in my opinion is a 5 Star automotive repair shop in Waterloo. Not only am I a former employee, but I'm their "competition" and life long friend! I share the automotive world of K-W with Dave and his great staff! Which includes my SON...Eric Legault, 310T Apprentice. Yes... DM Service and my family/Businesses have been dealing with each other for over 30 years! Now that my boy is there, I'm looking forward to another 30 years. I send my mom (dad died and she is on oxygen, do vehicle reliability is key) there to have her vehicle serviced and inspected as I want honest and good inspections and repairs. DM does both and I have sent multiple people there over 20 years. You don't stay with a dishonest place, and 20 years would show honesty and integrity.

DM Service are the most fair and honest professional shop in the region. Nothing but good things to say. They run an exceptionally clean and professional garage.

I’ve been going to DM Service Centre for about two years now, and there’s truly no one I trust more with my car than Kyle, Dave, and the whole DM team. Over the years, I’ve built a real friendship with Kyle — he’s honest, straightforward, and genuinely cares about doing right by his customers, friends, and family alike. The same goes for Dave. That kind of trust is hard to come by. The team treats you like family. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and they go above and beyond to make sure your car is running at its best. Sure, the pricing might be a touch on the higher side (marginally), but the level of care, attention to detail, and the way they stay ahead of issues make it more than worth it. They’ve earned my full trust, and I can’t recommend DM Service Centre highly enough. They’re absolute gems.

I took my Ram 2500 truck to DM for a safety check because my mechanic don't do Safety checks. I was a little worried at first because...well... it was not my garage. I was expecting a fairly large estimate because my truck is 13 yrs old but as soon as I met their front desk guy (Kyle) I could tell they were decent people to work with. The estimate was pretty expensive but fair! They pointed out a couple of class 3 pinion leaks. I took my truck home and cleaned up the area and watched for the leaks for a couple of days and sure enough they were right. I had them replace the pinion seals which is a tricky job. ( According to Dr Google). First attempt left a little vibration and noise under the truck so I called Kyle and he asked me to bring it in the next day. They had to rework the front pinion with a new seal and other parts and covered it all under their warranty. Great job, thanks guys! Sorry you did not make any money of me this time but I will be back!

Very good service. That’s my second time doing business with these guys. They were great with me. Helped me out with my warranty provider and called them to have their business add to the list. So overall I’ll be back for sure.
